When entering data in a public White-label Form, the customer can save their progress and securely lock the Form. In this case, bronID will send a unique link and a security code that the customer should use to unlock the Form and continue with the submission.
If, for whatever reason, the customer cannot unlock the Form (e.g. because they have entered an incorrect email), you will be able to unlock the White-label Form via the bronID Portal.
To unlock a White-label Form:
- Go to bronID Portal > KYC > Results > Organisation and click on the row with the organisation's name. The organisation will have "Saved" status.
- In the right side slider, click on the Admin tab.
- In the Admin tab, you can see the Form Link. Click unlock to remove the requirement for entering the security code and unlock the White-Label Form.
Note that when you manually unlock a White-label Form, all sensitive data saved by the customer will be removed. This is a security precaution and cannot be reversed.
